Delivery, simply

Regions

We currently prioritize delivery within the UAE and Morocco, with select international shipping where logistics allow. Availability and rates are confirmed at checkout or by email when your order is reviewed.

• Major cities: typically 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
• Other regions: typically 4 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• International: by arrangement; timelines depend on destination and customs.

Cash on Delivery

V1 checkout is Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay when the order is handed over. COD is available for eligible delivery areas only.

• Have the order total ready at delivery.
• Inspect outer packaging before accepting when possible.
• If COD is not available for your address, we will contact you before shipping.

Timing

Orders are prepared in small batches. Most pieces leave within 1 to 3 business days of confirmation, then follow the regional windows above. Peak periods and made-to-order items may take longer; we will note that on the product or by message.

Packaging

Ceramics and brass are wrapped to absorb transit shock. Textiles are folded clean and protected from dust and moisture. We use sturdy outer boxes and avoid excess plastic where we can without risking the piece.
