Policy at a glance

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.
• Defects, damage in transit, or wrong items should be reported as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos.
• Custom, personalized, or final-sale pieces (when marked) are not returnable unless faulty.
• Refunds or replacements are confirmed after we receive and review the returned piece. COD orders are handled case by case (store credit, replacement, or refund path we agree with you).

How to start a return

1. Email hello@decormarrakesh.keyteller.com with your order reference, the product name, and a short reason.
2. Attach photos if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
3. Wait for our reply with return approval and packing instructions before you ship anything back.
4. Pack the piece as carefully as it arrived. Include all original packaging and accessories when possible.

Condition rules

Accepted returns must be unused, unwashed (for textiles), free of smoke or strong fragrance, and free of damage not present at delivery. Natural variation in handmade clay, metal, and fiber is part of the piece and is not a defect.

Return shipping cost is yours for change-of-mind returns, unless we sent the wrong item or the piece was faulty on arrival.
